End User License Agreement (EULA)

Developer: PS Labs
This Agreement is between you and PS Labs, not Apple. It governs your use of Japan Travel Go (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to this Agreement.
PS Labs, not Apple, is responsible for the App and its content. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of this Agreement and may enforce it against you. In the event of a conflict, Apple's applicable terms govern your use of the App Store.
PS Labs grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except to the extent permitted by applicable law. You may not use the App for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose.
The App, including its content, design, name, artwork, and code, is owned by PS Labs and protected by intellectual property laws. This Agreement does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property rights.
The App does not collect personal user data, use third-party services, or display advertisements. Any information stored by the App remains on your device. Please refer to the Privacy Policy for more information.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. PS Labs does not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, or meet your particular requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PS Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Nothing in this Agreement limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
PS Labs is responsible for addressing claims relating to the App, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, and privacy claims. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the App. For support, contact pslabsdev@gmail.com.
This license is effective until terminated by you or PS Labs. Your rights terminate automatically if you breach this Agreement. Upon termination, you must stop using the App and delete it from your devices.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales, except where the consumer protection law of your country of residence provides otherwise.
