App: HowLong? Time and Timers

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you and the developer of HowLong? Time and Timers (“the App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
The developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control, subject to this Agreement.

The App may optionally store the user’s date of birth on-device. This information is stored locally on your phone only and is not transmitted to any server or database.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or profits arising from your use of the App.
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination, you must stop all use of the App and delete all copies.
The developer may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
This Agreement is governed by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
