AutoTracker - End User License Agreement (EULA)

Developer: PS Labs

1. Grant of License

PS Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use AutoTracker for personal, non-commercial purposes on iOS devices you own or control, subject to this EULA and applicable App Store terms.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

Modify, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the app
Remove or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
Use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to DVLA, DVSA, or other third-party systems
Resell, redistribute, or lease the app
Use the app to collect data for commercial purposes

3. Intellectual Property

AutoTracker and all associated content are owned by PS Labs and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your use of the app does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property rights.

4. Third-Party Services

AutoTracker uses the following third-party services and APIs:

DVLA (Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency): For vehicle registration data. Usage is governed by DVLA's terms.
DVSA (Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency): For MOT history and vehicle safety information.
Apple In-App Purchases: For subscription billing. Apple handles all payment processing.
Google AdMob: For displaying non-personalized advertisements to free tier users.

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service.

5. Data Collection & Privacy

Vehicle data entered in AutoTracker is stored locally on your device only. The app makes direct API calls to DVLA and DVSA to fetch vehicle information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for complete details on data handling.

6. Subscriptions

Pro Subscription Tier:

Monthly: £1.99/month
Yearly: £6.99/year
Subscription length: Continuous (auto-renewing)
Cancellation: Available at any time through App Store settings
Free Tier: Limited to 1 vehicle; ad-supported
Pro Tier: Up to 5 vehicles; no ads; additional features

7. Disclaimers

AutoTracker is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. PS Labs does not guarantee:

Accuracy of vehicle data from DVLA/DVSA
Uninterrupted access to the app or third-party services
That the app will meet your specific requirements
Freedom from viruses or malicious code

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PS Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.

9. Changes to Terms

PS Labs reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the app or this website. Your continued use of the app following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

10. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights terminate automatically if you violate any term of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the app and destroy any downloaded copies.

11. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
